Before real estate, Sterling worked in healthcare as a Clinical Engineering Manager, leading teams and managing complex systems — experience that taught him the value of precision, communication, and trust. Those same qualities now define his real estate career, from negotiating contracts to marketing homes and guiding clients through every step of the process.
